Quality Team Win for Wizards Over Lakers

Posted on November 27, 2013 by Ted Leonsis

That was a fun night - a great NBA game, and a game that followed the advanced scouting report script.

The Lakers win by shooting well from the 3 point arc. They were 13 for 28 last night - but missed a few critical 3 point shots at games end.

We had to run and move the ball and get 25 assists - which we did. We also had to pound the ball low and get to the foul line for 20 points; we got18. We were 18 of 22 from the charity stripe.

And we needed to get everyone involved and play a team game as we are short-handed, We placed 5 players in double figures and John Wall, and Nene - who had a career night - and Martell Webster all stepped up. It was great to see Trevor Ariza back on the floor and Gortat played big inside against LA's big men.

We are now 5 and 5 in our last 10 games. We are in the 8th spot in the East.

We have a very tough set of games this week as noted with two back-to-back sets.

Read about the game and watch some video from around the web. Click here, here, here and here.

A fun night was had by all at Verizon Center last night and kudos again to John Wall for scoring 30 points or more in 3 games in a row. Check this one out too.
