Game 4 Tonight

Posted on May 08, 2013 by Ted Leonsis

We expect a fired-up Rangers team, and a loud and proud crowd at Madison Square Garden tonight.

Blue is their color of choice and I am always proud to see so many people from DC or NYC wearing red to show their true colors in the crowd. Thank you for the support; I love meeting our fans on the concourse of MSG. I too wear red at the road games.

This is an important game, and there are many pixels commenting on our play, the amount of penalties we took or that were called on us in the last game. See a bunch here, here, here, here and here.

I believe we need to tune out all noise and just focus on signal. Play shift-by-shift, roll all four lines, out-work the Rangers and  crowd the crease. Adhering to Coach Oates system is paramount for us as it helps the Caps to dictate the pace and style of play.

Sorry for the trite analysis and short blog posts, but the playoffs are all about focus and not feeding the monster. Watch tonight at 7:30pm. Go Caps!
