Wizards Win Seven of Last Eight Home Games

seven of their last eight games played at Verizon Center.
Last night was a quality
win over a very deep and talented team. We were down a few players still, and I
was very happy with the determination our team displayed.
Establishing a winning
culture at home is a big step forward for the team. And beating division
leaders and playoff teams sets a good precedent for our players.
It was a treat to host
so many fans and VIPs at the game last night - Magic Johnson, Kentucky
Coach John Calipari, Under Armour founder and CEO Kevin Plank, and many
Redskins players were in attendance last night.
A nice win for the home
team.
